Bringing a team to the region for a project? Rent a complete house with 5 or 6 rooms, its own kitchen and several bathrooms – your team lives together, and you have one contact person and one invoice. Parking for company vehicles is right by the house.

About us
Boarding House Messel is operated by monteurzimmerKING Bewirtschaftungs GmbH. We rent furnished rooms to people who are in the region for a few months – and we know what matters: a clean, quiet room, a good kitchen, reliable Wi-Fi and a contact person who takes care of things.
The five houses were newly built in 2021/22 and designed for temporary living from the start. Each room is your own private retreat; you share the kitchen and common area with just a few housemates. For companies we offer entire houses so that teams can live together.

Frequently asked questions
What is the minimum rental period?
The fixed rental term is either 3 or 6 months. An extension is possible.
What is included in the price?
The rent of €520 plus the €80 utilities flat rate covers everything: electricity, heating, water, internet and complete furnishing. Additional costs only arise for optional extras such as a parking space, a garage or a large room on the ground floor.
What does “fair use” mean for the utilities?
The utilities flat rate applies to normal household usage. In the case of exceptionally high consumption we reserve the right to raise this with you – in everyday life you don’t need to worry about anything.
How much is the deposit?
The deposit is €450 and is refunded at the end of the tenancy once the room has been returned in proper condition.
Can I register my address there?
Yes. For registering with the local registration office (Einwohnermeldeamt) you will receive the required landlord confirmation (Wohnungsgeberbestätigung) from us. A mailbox is included free of charge on request.
Can we rent an entire house as a company?
Yes. Renting entire houses for up to 12 people is no problem. The houses have 5 or 6 rooms with their own kitchen and several bathrooms. Use the enquiry form to tell us how many people you would like to accommodate and from when.
Is there parking?
Yes. There are parking spaces (€45 per month) and garages (€100 per month) on site. In addition, the train station is right next door – there are plenty of public parking spaces there.
